How can we assist you?

After identifying employee health concerns, you’ll be asked to submit a management referral form.

Referrals will be triaged and assigned to the most appropriate occupational health practitioner based on the details provided. The referred employee will then have either a telephone, Teams, or face-to-face consultation.

With the employees consent, a report will be provided to employers with the findings of this consultation, as well as advice and recommendations the business can take to support the health or return to work of the employee.
